The minimum age to be able to rent or drive a rental car is 21 with a major credit card. However, with Enterprise, age 18-21 may rent a car if they are traveling on military orders and can prove it. If you are age 18 to 21, contact me and I can tell you of a place in Honolulu who will rent you a car.

Each car rental company we represent charges an "underage" or "young driver" fee. The rate varies with each company from between $10 and $27 per day. If you are age 18 to 21, contact me and I can tell you of a place in Honolulu who will rent you a car. For more information on the underage driver surcharge fees, please visit our Hawaii Age 21-24 Underage Driver Surcharge Fees page.
