inquire or make a reservation for a 15-passenger group van through this web
page form, you are actually inquiring and/or booking directly
with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. By using our 15 Passenger Van reservation
forms, an Enterprise representative will actually be the one who gives you an estimate and/or makes the
booking for you. Once this form is submitted an Enterprise Rent-A-Car representative will email you from

You don't need a bus license to drive a 12 or 15 passenger van.

Except in some circumstances, driver has to be 25 years of age or more
to drive.

Passenger vans do not meet federal guidelines for transporting school age children.
Passenger Vans cannot be used for shuttling kids in high school or below
through a school function or for younger age party groups. Enterprise will still rent to the customers but customers will have to sign an addendum which states that they are aware that
vans do not meet these regulations and willingly wants to rent the vehicle with this knowledge. Federal guidelines require a fire extinguisher and other vehicle features that these basic vans don't have.
ENTERPRISE GENERAL RENTER’S QUALIFICATIONS/ POLICIES
I. Renter’s Qualifications
1) Must have a valid driver’s license in their own name as required by law
2) Must have a credit card in their own name with at least $250.00 available credit, or $100 over the full amount of the rental
3) Must be at least 21 years of age.
a. Age 21-24 surcharge of $10.00/day (Honolulu Airport Location only)
b. No age 21-24 surcharge at any other locations in Hawaii.
c. Drivers under 25 can only drive compact car up to fullsize vehicles.
II. Rates/ Overtime & Other Charges
1) All rentals are based on 24 hours = 1 rental day period
2) After that time, overtime charges will be assessed per hour late, not to exceed the daily rate of rental. This rate varies by car class and is noted on the rental contract.
3) Drop Off Fee to all Oahu locations is $50.00.
III. Taxes
1) Hawaii State General Excise Tax of 4.166%
2) Honolulu County tax of 0.546%
3) Hawaii State Rental Vehicle Surcharge of $3.00/day
4) Vehicle Licensing Fee of $.35 - $.75/day. This rate varies based on the rental vehicle.
5) Airport Concessionaire/Permittee Fee of 8.1% (Applicable only in Kahului Maui Location)
6) Airport Concessionaire/Permittee Fee of 11.1% (Applicable only in Honolulu Airport Location)
IV. Optional Insurance Coverage
1) Collision Damage Waiver $16.99
2) Personal Accident Insurance $ 3.00
3) Supplemental Liability Protection $ 11.99
V. Additional Drivers
Enterprise Rent-A-Car allows for one additional driver with a fee of $10.00/day
1) There is no additional charge for a spouse or domestic partner
2) The additional driver must also qualify as a renter as listed above
