Amazing prices, you were half of Hotwire when I booked. Thanks! Only one minor complaint, your posted Enterprise contract conditions are 3 years old. Extra non-spouse driver is now $12.99, not $10.00.

customers. They are called Additional Driver Fee Waivers.

aloha your site is the hardest to use most confusing site I have ever used! spent 1/2 hour on your site,,, could not get a decent rate,,2 min on the phone with a TA and done --1/2 the price as your "over promise under preform site,,,, good luck! i won't be back!

for having a difficult to understand website. We're working on implementing an
entirely new system. As far a travel agent getting you a rate at 1/2
of what Hawaii Car Rentals offers. I'd like to see what that
rate was and compare it to our rates. Did it waive the fee for
additional driver(s)? I wonder if the rate you got was
combined into some sort of promo fly-drive-hotel package and the rental
car rate was offset by higher airline or hotel rates. That is really the
only way you could get rates that were 1/2 of our rates. Here's how that works:
If I were on a travel agent fly-drive-hotel program where I pay the airlines,
car companies and hotels a certain flat rate, I would be able to charge
whatever I wanted. I could say free car with a fly-drive-hotel package and
offset the freebie car with the higher rates I would charge for the flight and
accommodations. In the end, I hope you got a great package deal. Again, thanks
for the feedback.

Orbitz, Expedia, etc rates are astronomical compared to yours
Can you please explain to me how it is possible that your rates for many of the same rental agencies are so much cheaper than those online. I'm finding that whether I'm looking at orbitz, expedia, etc their rates are astronomical compared to yours. I used this site to make all my car reservations - they have the best prices and discounts (I did a comparison one afternoon - this site vs each individual car rental site - this site was much cheaper - and easy to navigate).

that they were great. My first car had a warning light come
on after day 2 so they let me switch it out for another car. The

Steve, You probably don't remember me, except maybe that I was the one who bugged you several times, and you helped out each time. Just wanted to drop you a note to say Thank You for helping us out with the car rentals on our vacation, which turned out nearly
perfect. So far as Thrifty Car
Rental, they are simply GREAT and I would refer them to anybody. In the midst of all the confusion with people arriving and leaving, they were polite, friendly and helpful. When we were leaving Oahu for Kauai, we somehow left two bags in the back of one of our cars. One of the bags was the camera bag with $700.00 or more worth of equipment in it. The depot called the shuttle driver who whipped a quick U-turn and went back to get them. A real class act. Please let your contact at Thrifty know how happy we were with them.
Thanks again for your patience and help in arranging this important part of our vacation. If we travel again, or if I hear of someone who needs rental cars, I will surely send them your way!
