About the Kaunakakai, Molokai Airport (MKK) Hana
Airport | Hilo Airport |
Honolulu Airport | Kapalua Airport
The Friendly Isle is home to many unique species of flora and fauna which cannot be found in any other part of the world. The island is also historically significant as the home of Father Damien de Veuster, a Belgian missionary who was canonized (sainted) in 2009 for his work among the sufferers in the leprosy colony of Kalaupapa, a disease he himself eventually succumbed to.
At
this location, reserving a vehicle rental is one of the very few ways to stay mobile. This is because the
isle has no public transport system. Airport car rental services are available right outside the terminal building. There aren't many such services
at this location so be sure to book early and online if you plan to see the
isle. Renting a car is actually the best way to see all of Hawaii, and if you are looking for discount car rental services, a company like Hawaii Car Rentals can give you amazing offers and unmatched service.
NOTE: We no longer provide rental
services at this location.
