Rentals available in the following areas: Maui, Kauai, Big Island and Oahu. Enterprise Car Rentals are not available on Lanai and Molokai.

Rates may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts. Weekly rates are up to 7 days. Monthly car rental rates are up to 28 days. Specialty vehicles may need to be guaranteed with a major credit card at time of booking. 

EXCLUSIONS: Base Rental Charges do not include applicable taxes, surcharges, refueling, one-way, drop-off, delivery, pickup, youthful driver or additional driver charges; or, except as set forth below, any optional products or services such as collision damage waiver (“CDW”), supplemental liability protection (“SLP”), personal accident insurance and personal effects coverage (“Driver Protection Products”). Rates do not include taxes, governmental or airport fees, or optional charges such as refueling service charges. Collision Damage Waiver, Personal Accident Insurance/Personal Effects Coverage, Supplemental Liability Insurance or any other optional items or services are also not included in rates. All renters must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and credit card in their possession when they plan to pick up the rental vehicle.

All vehicles have automatic transmission with air conditioning. Rates include FREE unlimited mileage. Rates are based on 24-hour rentals. All drivers must be at least 21 years of age, with a major credit card. Debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo will be accepted.

Rentals do not include vehicle licensing fees (.35-.75 per day), State rental tax ($3.00 per day), State general excise tax (4.166%) and optional collision damage waiver ($16.99 or less per day), personal accident insurance ($3.00 per day), & supplemental liability protection ($9.99 per day). (All fees are approximate)

No extra charge for spouse or domestic partner. Other drivers are $10 per day.

Credit Card deposit policy - $300.00 minimum or $100.00 over estimated total, whichever is greater.
Debit Card deposit policy - $300.00 minimum or $100.00 over estimated total, whichever is greater. (Flight itinerary out of respective airports needed).

Age 21-24 Underage Surcharge Fee - Effective February 1, 2009:

• $20/day at HNL & OGG airport locations (Honolulu Airport & Kahului, Maui Airport)

• $10/day at all other Hawaii locations

We book and you pay at time of rental pick-up. Rates are determined by pick-up date. All rates are subject to change without notice.

Renter’s Qualifications:

1. Must have a valid driver’s license in their own name as required by law

2. Must have a credit card in their own name with at least $250.00 available credit, or $100 over the full amount of the rental

3. Must be at least 21 years of age. (There is no under 25 years of age surcharge; and drivers under 25 can only drive compact car up to full size vehicles)

4. Effective February 1, 2009 - Age 21-24 Underage Fee - $20/day at the airports and $10/day in the home city.

Rates/ Overtime & Other Charges:

1. All rentals are based on 24 hours = 1 rental day period

2. After that time, overtime charges will be assessed per hour late, not to exceed the daily rate of rental. This rate varies by car class and is noted on the rental contract.

Optional Insurance Coverage: (All rates are approximate)

1. Collision Damage Waiver $16.99/day

2. Personal Accident Insurance $ 3.00/day

3. Supplemental Liability Protection $ 9.99/day

Using Debit Cards in the US:
Although you may use a debit card, pre-paid card, or another form of payment to pay for the final charges on the vehicle, if you reserve a vehicle through this website, you will need to provide a major credit card at the time of the rental to secure the rental transaction. A major credit card is a card that is supported by a pre-determined line of credit, and not a bank account, or a pre-paid balance. Local Enterprise Rent-A-Car Offices may accept debit cards, pre-paid cards, or other forms of payment to secure the rental transaction. To reserve a vehicle without a major credit card, please contact the local office directly.

Drop charge for all locations on Oahu is $30 at another branch. No car is to be stranded – has to be taken back to a branch.

Drop charge for Big Island is $130 (Kona to Hilo and vice versa)

Drop Charge for Maui is $75.

Concessionaire fee of 8.1% (Airport Maui) 

$3/day vehicle surcharge tax (all branches)

General Excise Tax (GET) @ 4.166% (all branches)

Vehicle License Fee - charged at 1/365th of the annual vehicle license & registration fee - $0.35 - $0.75/day (all branches)

Spouses and domestic partners are free as additional drivers – anyone else is $10/day. You have to be 25+ to be listed as additional driver. Additional driver must also qualify as a renter as listed above.

You can rent if you are 21 years of age, Compact to Full size. You have to be 25+ to rent above full size. You have to be 25+ to be listed as additional driver.
