Enterprise representative at one of our Kauai, Oahu, Maui or Big Island
Enterprise locations will make the cargo van reservation for you (if

Because of our volume, booking Cargo Vans in Hawaii through Hawaii
Car Rentals Enterprise gives you our special corporate discount rates,
discounts and waivers that are not ordinarily available to the general public.
We pass these deals on to you so you get the benefit. These discount rates and

I. Renter’s
Qualifications
1) Must have a valid driver’s
license in their own name as required by law
2) Must have a credit card in their own name with at least $250.00
available credit, or $100 over the full amount of the rental
3) Must be at least 21 years of age.
a. Age 21-24 surcharge of $10.00/day (Honolulu Airport Location
only)
b. No age 21-24 surcharge at any other locations in Hawaii.
c. Drivers under 25 can only drive compact car up to full size
vehicles.
II. Rates/ Overtime & Other Charges
1) All rentals are based on 24 hours = 1 rental day period
2) After that time, overtime charges will be assessed per hour late, not
to exceed the daily rate of rental. This rate varies by car class and is
noted on the rental contract.
3) Drop Off Fee to all Oahu locations is $50.00.
III. Taxes
1) Hawaii State General Excise Tax of 4.166%
2) Honolulu County tax of 0.546% of base rate) Honolulu Only
3) Hawaii State Rental Vehicle Surcharge of $3.00/day
4) Vehicle Licensing Fee of $.35 - $.75/day. This rate varies based on
the rental vehicle.
5) Airport Tax of 8.1% (Applicable only in Kahului Maui Location)
6) Airport Tax of 11.1% (Applicable only in Honolulu Airport
Location)
IV. Optional Insurance Coverage
1) Collision Damage Waiver $16.99
2) Personal Accident Insurance $ 3.00
3) Supplemental Liability Protection $ 11.99
V. Additional Drivers
Enterprise Rent-A-Car allows for one additional driver with a fee of $10.00/day
1) There is no additional charge for a spouse or domestic partner
2) The additional driver must also qualify as a renter as listed above
